It has been scientifically proven that the human being learns since it is in its mother’s womb. That is why, it is recommended during its formation; to be spoken, read, put music, among other things. Providing the opportunity to each of our students a continuous learning experience from a young age, is everyone’s responsibility. Being able to form good beings from their childhood will depend on the experiences that are provided, also that these are well directed and focused to make them an integral part of our society.
At Sebastian Bilingual School Inc. we visualize student learning as one where each of them will have a direct interaction with their environment. Carrying out concrete activities, using the arts, music, exploration and everything that is pertinent for an appropriate learning development. We believe in constructivist philosophies where students are allowed to use creativity, rhythm, coordination, and being an integral part of the teaching and learning process. Using constructivism and multiple intelligences as a teaching method, will provide students the necessary experiences to form their values, character, language, respect for their classmates, psychomotor skills, intellectuals and others for a full development.
